At Codeium Classes, we strive to provide high-quality courses and services to our students. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Course Refunds
Eligibility for Refund: You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchasing a course, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content and have not accessed any downloadable materials associated with the course.
Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our support team at admin@codeium.xyz within the eligible refund period. Please include your name, course name, and reason for the refund request in your email.
Refund Approval: Refunds are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the criteria for eligibility have not been met.
Refund Timeframe: Once a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account. The timeframe may vary depending on your bank's policies.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as promotional offers, bundled courses, and third-party services, may not be eligible for refunds. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Codeium Classes: In rare circumstances, Codeium Classes reserves the right to cancel a course. In such cases, registered students will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Student: If you wish to cancel your enrolment in a course, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Course Changes: Codeium Classes reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors as deemed necessary. In such cases, students will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
